These terms cover your use of the Tolvara website. They do not cover the Tolvara product, which is not yet open. When it is, it will have its own terms, and we will ask you to agree to them before you upload anything.

Using the site

You may read the site and join the early access list. You may not copy or reuse its content, name or marks without our permission, attempt to interfere with the site or its systems, or use the early access form to send us anything other than your own email address.

What the site describes

The site describes a product that is being built. The examples, figures and findings shown are illustrative and do not come from a live analysis. Nothing on the site is engineering, manufacturing or commercial advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Early access

Joining the list does not commit you to anything and does not guarantee access. How we handle your email address is set out in our privacy notice.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and the product develop. The revision in the title block shows when they were last changed.
